Jesus Christ was a historical figure of staggering influence, perhaps the most enigmatic and inspirational leader the world has ever seen. History has never had a definitive version of the book. Man created it as a historical record of tumultuous times, and it has evolved through countless translations, additions and revisions. The Bible did not fall magically from the clouds. Well Da Vinci knew it, and here are some quotes indicating his opinion of it: To fully understand the Grail, we must first understand the Bible. The Church, in order to defend itself against Magdalene's power, perpetuated her image as a whore and buried evidence of Christ's marriage to her, thereby defusing any potential claims that Christ had a surviving bloodline and was a mortal prophet. Not only was she the woman to whom Jesus had assigned the task of founding the Church, but she also had physical proof that the Church's newly proclaimed deity had spawned a mortal bloodline. The threat Mary Magdalene posed to the men of the early Church was potentially ruinous. That's part of what the Crusades were about. After all, this was a secret the Vatican had tried to bury in the fourth century. Ofcourse the Church was outraged over it. There was even an international bestseller which caused quite a stir back in the nineteen eighties. The royal bloodline of Jesus Christ has been chronicled in exhaustive detail by scores of historians. Leonardo is not the only one who has been trying to tell the world the truth about the Holy Grail. Well, this is because she was a woman who carried with her a secret so powerful that, if revealed, it threatened to devastate the very foundation of Christianity. The chalice and the blade symbols code#
Knights who claimed to be "searching for the chalice" were speaking in code as a way to protect themselves from a Church that had subjugated women, banished the Goddess, burned nonbelievers and forbidden the pagan reverence for the sacred feminine. Legends of chivalric quests for the lost Grail were in fact stories of forbidden quests to find the lost sacred feminine. When Christianity came along, the old pagan religions did not die easily. The Grail is symbolic of the lost goddess. Genesis was the beginning of the end for the goddess. Genesis tells us that Eve was created from Adam's rib. Sadly, Christian philosophy decided to embezzle the female's creative power by ignoring biological truth and making man the Creator. This concept of woman as life-bringer was the foundation of ancient religion. Woman, once the sacred giver of life, was now the enemy. It was man, not God, who created the concept of "original sin", whereby Eve tasted of the apple and caused the downfall of the human race. The power of the female and her ability to produce life was once very sacred, but it posed a threat to the rise of the predominantly male Church, and so the sacred feminine was demonized and called unclean. The Grail is literally the ancient symbol for womanhood, and the Holy Grail represents the sacred feminine and the goddess, which ofcourse has now been lost, virtually eliminated by the church. That is to say, the legend uses the chalice as a metaphor for something far more important. But the Grail's description as a chalice is actually an allegory to protect the true nature of the Holy Grail. Legend tells us the Holy Grail is a chalice - a cup. This symbol communicates femininity, womanhood and fertility. The chalice resembles a cup or a vessel, and more important, it represents the shape of a woman's womb. Then, as you might imagine, the female symbol is the exact opposite. This icon is formally known as the blade, and it represents aggression and manhood. This symbol is the original icon for male. In fact, the symbols originated as ancient astronomical symbols for the planet-god Mars and planet-goddess Venus.
Many people incorrectly assume the male symbol is derived from a shield and spear, while the female symbol represents a mirror reflecting beauty.
But these are not the original symbols for male and female. The modern icons for male and female are X for male, and C for female.
